Are all watches sold on your website genuine?

Yes. All products listed on our website are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorised brand partners and official distributors in India.
We do not deal in counterfeit or grey-market products.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All watches come with official manufacturer warranty, wherever applicable.
Warranty duration and coverage depend on the respective brand.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

However, we provide replacement support in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damage during transit

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Jaipur & nearby: 1–2 business days
  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. However, in certain cases, dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days depending on product availability and additional quality verification processes.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders.

For orders above ₹10,000, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Our team will verify the issue and assist with replacement or resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.
