  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and order verification requirements.

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Jaipur & nearby regions: 1–2 business days
  • Major Indian cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

All orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as:

  • BlueDart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC

A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
  • Orders below ₹1,000: ₹300 shipping fee
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹100

4. Packaging & Product Safety

All products are securely packed using protective, shock-resistant packaging suitable for premium watches and accessories.

We take reasonable care to ensure that your order reaches you in proper condition.


5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts
  • If an order is refused or remains undelivered due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to us, and applicable logistics charges may be deducted.


6. Customer Responsibilities
