2. Product Authenticity Commitment

All products sold on our platform are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorised brand partners. We do not deal in counterfeit or unauthorised products.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or customer support.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

4. Cancellation Fee Policy

  • The first cancellation request is processed without any charge.
  • Repeated cancellations within a short duration (e.g., multiple cancellations within 15 days) may attract a ₹300 administrative fee per order to cover operational and payment processing costs.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are only accepted before order processing or dispatch.
  • Once an order is dispatched, exchange requests will not be accepted.

If exchanging before dispatch:

  • Price differences (if any) must be paid via a secure payment link.

6. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of luxury watch products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dislike.

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received with a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos for verification

After review, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    OR
  • Assistance under the brand’s official warranty

Requests raised after 24 hours will be handled strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty policy, wherever applicable.


8. Refund Policy (Where Applicable)

Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

  • Successful cancellation within the allowed window
  • Order not fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund timelines:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Credited via the original payment method

9. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders above ₹10,000:

  • A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order

If the order is refused at delivery or marked undelivered after being shipped:

  • The advance amount will be non-refundable

This is to cover:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Reverse logistics
  • Handling and restocking costs

10. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent or non-genuine.
  • All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
