1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

All prepaid cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

2. Order Cancellation Fee Policy

Your first cancellation request is free.

If multiple cancellations are made within 15 days, a ₹300 fee may apply to each additional request to cover processing and logistics.

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges within 6 hours of purchase.

If the new product is of higher value, the price difference will be shared through a secure payment link.

4. Manufacturing Defects

We stand by the authenticity and quality of our products.

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

● Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
● Email: support@watchfactory.in
● Call: 1800-891-2866

After verification, we will provide:

Replacement
 OR
Repair assistance under brand warranty

Note: This policy covers manufacturing defects only.
 Issues reported after 24 hours will be handled under the brand’s official warranty, as applicable.

5. Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or personal preference, due to the nature of premium watches.

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damage during transit

In these cases, a replacement will be provided.

6. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders above ₹10,000, a 10% advance is required.

If the shipment is refused or undelivered after being marked “Out for Delivery,” the 10% advance will be retained to cover:

● Forward shipping
● Reverse logistics
● Restocking charges

This applies only when delivery is refused without valid reason.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
