The Watch Factory provides free-of-cost delivery on any order value purchased from for places designated as serviceable pin codes. For far-off places, falling outside the designated area for free-shipping, an additional ‘outside delivery zone’ charge of INR 2,000 may be levied over and above the cost of the product.

The Watch Factory generally procures and ships the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Shoppers should check with the customer care of The Watch Factory to determine the delivery time required for their locations. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability with The Watch Factory stores, and could vary between different stores offering the product. While The Watch Factory can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from their warehouse, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not directly under the control of The Watch Factory and the company cannot be held liable for it


For items listed as ‘in stock’, The Watch Factory will mention the shipping time as 7 to 10 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available), from the date of placing the order. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 15 to 21 business days depending on the location. Sometimes, items have to be imported by Studio from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as ‘on special order’ on the product page and can take at least 14 to 21 business days or more to be delivered to the customers.


Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for a customer. The item will be shipped to the customer within 5 days of Ethos Watches receiving the first shipment from the brand.


The item is popular and has been sold out. Customers can however ‘book’ an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by The Watch Factory.


The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Customers should use the ‘notify me’ feature (if available) for an update on when it will be available for purchase again.
